In the website you can find all the information about the offered products, as well as delivery terms, ways of payment and shipping costs. Due to the content and purpose of our shop, to use our services the entry form must be filled, following the steps indicated by A Pementeira and accepting de General Sales Conditions in the version published when entering the website.

Registered users information will be kept in a data base property of A Pementeira and it will be treated following the Privacy Policy terms.

To order one or more products in the user must follow the steps indicated in the purchasing process, filling in the required data, confirming the purchase of the products added to the SHOPPING CHART and selecting the preferred payment method.

 When the purchase of the products added to the SHOPPING CHART is confirmed, the user will find all the information related to the processing order (including the associated shipping costs to the indicated address) and all the corresponding contractual data.

Once the order is confirmed, the user will receive an order confirmation e-mail detailing the acquired products and prices, shipping costs, payment method, delivery address and other contractual data of the transaction.

The order will not be processed until A Pementeira receives a payment confirmation.

Once the order is delivered, a purchasing invoice is generated and sent to the customer through e-mail. It can also be downloaded any time from the user’s personal area of the website (My account section) where the record of previous orders can be checked.

Orders are kept in the database of A Pementeira for a time lapse not exceeding the limits established by present legislation. The user can check orders by entering the “My account” section in the on-line shop.

 A Pementeira could refuse processing orders submitted by incomplete or incorrect users, those with an incorrect payment confirmation and also when selected products are not available.

In these cases, A Pementeira will inform the user by phone or e-mail that the order IS NOT correctly processed, suitably specifying reasons and when necessary it will proceed to refund any quantity paid for the unavailable products.


For orders exceeding 20 kg.of Peppers (except Canary and Balear Islands, limited to 10 kg.) get in contact with us directly by e-mail or telephone as we do not process these weight orders through our website.
