In payments using this method, once the user confirms payment, A Pementeira will connect through a secure connection with the payment platform where the payment can be done in a straightforward way.

A Pementeira will not keep at any time the data provided to make the payment, being exclusively a responsibility of the respective supplier of the payment method selected the correct identification of the user as well as the management and the data processing.

• PayPal: When selecting this option you will be redirected to the 100% secure payment platform of PayPal. This payment method provides a fast and easy way of payment with your PayPal account. Apart from providing an extra protection thanks to its claims management service, always favouring customers’ satisfaction, the main aim of A Pementeira.

• Bank Transfer: You can make your payment through bank transfer to the number indicated when purchasing. This method implies a delay in delivery from 2 to 5 days (depending on the country of origin of the transfer), because shipment is not processed until payment is verified in the bank account.

• Cash on Delivery: This method is only accepted when deliveries in peninsular Spain. It also implies a supplement in the price that is not calculated in your invoice being the 3% of the purchase total amount (1 euro minimum) to be paid directly to the shipping company staff when delivering.

In a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation (by card, bank transfer or PAYPAL) A Pementeira will send the user, by e-mail, an order confirmation, including order number. This confirmation is not valid as an invoice, but only as a purchasing proof.

In some cases (lack of customer information or wrong information) A Pementeira reserves the possibility of asking customers for a concrete payment method in case the customer identity is not reliably confirmed or additional documents verify payment.

We remind you that the invoice will be available and could be visualized and printed in www.lospimientosdepadron.com in the section My Order, and that the customer accepts its delivery to be done this way and through e-mail.
