DELIVERY TIMES

In the case of payment made by bank transfer, delivery times start from reception and validation of payment on the side of A Pementeira.

Delivery times refer to working days and count from the moment the order is dispatched, when the order leaves our central warehouse.

Deliveries are sent from Monday to Friday, not bank holidays, and they are under our logistic operators specifications.

National autonomic bank holidays of Galicia and local festivities of A Coruña province are not working days. Orders made in these days will be processed the following working day.

To avoid delivery incidences (wrong addresses, absence at the address, etc) correct fill in the order form is required, and filling the contact telephone box is recommended.
