A) PEPPERS RETURN: If the order has been processes, due to the perishable nature of the product, in general return is not allowed. This happens because peppers are highly perishable and return times exceed to a large extent the shelf life of the products. These products, then, do not have withdrawal rights according to the Art. 45-b Law 47/2002 of 19th December that regulates the Order of Retailers regarding long distance commercialization.
B) MARMALADE RETURNS: If order has already been processed you have up to 7 natural days from the following day to the reception of your products to withdraw your purchase and return your acquired goods. In this case you are responsible of return shipping costs.
Once products have been returned they will be checked on our side. They have to be unused, with their original packaging and original sealing and be in the same conditions as when dispatched. You must assure that the product is correctly packed previous to return to avoid transport damage.
Once received and checked their perfect state, return of purchase amount will be processed in the following 14 days from reception day, the same way purchase was made.
A Pementeira guarantees freshness and quality of all its products. This way, if the product does not fulfil the order specifications, there is an incidence that prevents from their consumption or there has been any error in the order, the customer counts with a period of 24 hours from the reception of the order to communicate the detected incidence, exposing clearly and with detail, the reasons for disconformities together with the available proofs.
Claims exceeding this time will not be accepted.
When receiving the products, it is important to assure that products have arrived with their packaging in a good state. We count with 24 hours to contend with the shipping company any incidence caused by goods transport.
Just at reception in the presence of the transport operator, if you detect any incidence, please, write it on the delivery note you have to sign. This way, in case that later, checking your purchase, you find any transport damage, it will be easier for us to claim to proceed with the goods return.
