RECIPE: AUBERGINES FILLED WITH PEPPERS


Ingredients:

  • A Pementeira peppers.
  • Minced meat
  • Aubergines
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Besamel: butter - flour - milk

 

Method:

1) Cut the aubergines in halves and empty them.

2) Bake them in the oven.

3) Stir-fry the garlic with the onion and the minced meat and add salt and pepper to taste.

4) Fill the aubergines. First lay the Herbón peppers covering bottom of the aubergine and then add the minced meat. Finally pour the besamel on the top.

5) Bake the filled aubergines with the besamel again 5 minutes au gratin.
