Ingredients:
- Herbón peppers
- Small peeled shrimps
- Garlic
- Chili pepper (just one)
- Salt
- Olive oil
Method:
1) Stir-fry the garlic and chili pepper. Then add the shrimps.
2) Make a small sandwich.
3) Put the previously emptied and fried peppers, leaving only a pepper thin layer.
4) You can also make a brochette alternating the ingredients or fill the pepper with the shrimp before frying but it makes it more difficult to fry.
6) Serve with fresh bread.
