- Herbón peppers
- Anchovies in oil (tinned)
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
1) Put the previously emptied and fried pepper.
2) Fill with the anchovies, the smallest possible.
3) Sprinkle with the fresh basil.
4) You can also make them with peppers and anchovies slices. In this case roll the anchovy with the pepper making rollers.
6) Smear with flour and egg and fry for a couple of minutes in abundant oil.
7) Serve hot.
