FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)


1. What countries do you ship orders?

At present we ship orders to the following countries through our online shop:

Spain (excluding Ceuta y Melilla), Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Holland, Ireland, Luxemburg, Czech Rep., Sweden, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco and Norway. 2. What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your country of origin. For more information visit the section “Delivery Times” on the web page foot, where you can find all the information about this issue.

 

3. Can a product be returned in case I change opinion?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, there is not possibility to return or change products ( as the “withdrawal right” is not applicable) unless bad condition or damage on delivery.

4. Does the product arrive in optimal consumption conditions?

In A Pementeira we elaborate all the packaging process manually, guaranteeing this way that your product will be without processing up to the latest moment. Once your order is processed it will be packed in double channel board boxes with ventilation zones, that is the most suitable packaging for its transport, for the impacts absorption and to be piled without damaging the product inside.

Finally we seal the box for it to arrive to its destiny in optimal conditions.



5. How do I know if I have done my order properly?

Every time you make an order you will receive a confirmation in the e-mail you have provided during your registration to make the purchase, this way you can be sure that your order is correct and that A Pementeira has received it.

In any case you can consult your shopping chart during the whole process, while you are purchasing or before deciding your purchase. Likewise, once finished your order in your personal control panel you can check your orders record.

 

6. ¿How long do the peppers last and how must I preserve them?

Herbón - Padrón peppers must be kept in a cool and dry place, or refrigerated, avoiding the physical deterioration (colour and brightness) in their own bag.

If they are kept in the fridge, too low temperatures must be avoided to avert that they get darkened, and they must be preferably kept in the lower part of the fridge or in that adapted to vegetables.

We recommend their consumption in 10-12 days after receipt.
