- Herbón peppers
- Creamy Galician cheese
- Natural tomato sauce
- Olive oil
1) Peel and chop the garlic and stir-fry.
2) Add the white rice with a lemon peel. Stir and add the tomato sauce, then add water.
3) Stir and season with coriander.
4) When cooked fill the peppers and cover with cheese.
5) It can be served as a small sandwich or a minced pie.
