TAPA: APPETIZER OF ANCHOVIES WITH EGG AND HERBÓN PEPPERS


Ingredients:

  • Herbón peppers
  • Toasts
  • Cheese slices (to melt)
  • Anchovies fillets
  • Chopped boiled egg
  • Salt
  • Olive


Method:

1) Make a small sandwich in the toast

2) Put a cheese slice.

3) Put the previously emptied and fried peppers, leaving only a pepper thin layer.

4) Put the anchovy fillet.

5) Put another cheese slice.

6) Melt.

7) Decorate with the chopped egg after removing from the oven or microwave.

8) Serve hot.
