TAPA: SCRAMBLED HERBÓN PEPPERS WITH SPINACHS AND SHRIMPS


Ingredients:

  • Herbón peppers
  • Spinaches
  • Shrimps
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Whipped cream
  • Egg
  • White pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil


Method:

1) Stir-fry the garlic, add the spinaches and shrimps.

2) Add salt and pepper and add parsley.

3) Remove and mix with the peppers.

4) Beat the eggs and mix with the cream, add to the mixture, give a heat stroke cooking to taste.

5) If you wish you can add the shrimps at the end.
