Handcrafted from Padrón variety peppers, matured in the plant. Dried and lightly smoked in a traditional dryer with oak, laurel and chestnut guaranteeing stability, flavor, color and characteristic aroma of the product. With a pleasant itch that envelops the palate.

Perfect for seasoning kitchen elaborations or as an accompaniment to elaborate dishes, such as the traditional "pulpo á feira", "carne ó caldeiro", ear, tripe, chorizo, fried eggs ...
