- 1 hundred or 400 grs. A Pementeira peppers
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
1) Wash peppers, stir or dry and remove stalks.
2) Put abundant olive oil in the frying pan and add peppers when oil is warm. Fry, remove and add salt.
The secret is essentially removing the stalks (the vegetal part) before frying and frying them slowly paying attention and turning them from time to time. Peppers must float in the olive oil.
